Unveiled on August 13, 2025, the FREE–AI report lays down 7 sutras and makes 26 recommendations to banks, NBFCs, fintechs, regulators, and government agencies. It also proposes amendments in KYC–AML ▪ Fraud Prevention ▪ Governance, while advancing initiatives such as data lakes and sector-specific LLMs to responsibly accelerate AI adoption in Indian banking.

This session will unpack the framework’s implications for India’s financial ecosystem and its role in shaping the global discourse on trustworthy AI.
