Technology markets and competition law are rapidly evolving on a global scale. As digital markets continue to reshape economies and societies, both developed and developing countries are engaging in important discussions about the role of technology and the regulatory frameworks required to address these changes. This discourse involves a wide range of stakeholders including academicians, international organizations, regulators, policy practitioners, lawyers, industry representatives, and civil society.

The Dialogue is pleased to host its 2nd Annual International Conference on “Competition Law in the Digital Age: Contextualising Global Experiences.” This conference will provide a platform for stakeholders from around the world to share their insights and experiences regarding the impact of digital markets and the effective responses of competition law and policy.
