For the purposes of this course, we will collect information, including name, designation, email address, contact number, etc., which you will be required to fill in to express your interest in the course and will try to require the least amount of information necessary. This data will be collected primarily via Google Forms, and we might request further relevant details via an email or call or both.
This data collected by us will be used only for the purposes of this course and shall not be utilised for other services/resources provided by The Dialogue without your express and active consent.
What will we do with the data:
We will use your email address, name, and/or designation to respond to queries and complaints and for intimation purposes. We may use your mobile number to follow up for the purpose of the course only when we receive no/inadequate response to our emails. We will not share your data with any third party except with your express consent or if compelled by law.
Where and how we store your data:
We will store the data collected via Google Forms in an Excel sheet that is accessible to all of us.
Regarding Access/Erasure of your data:
Accessing data: We will access your data only when we respond to any aspect regarding the course, including when following up (this may include calling you directly).
Erasing data (Data Retention): We will destroy all collected data for the purposes of this course within 90 days after its completion.
Social Media and third-party platforms:
We use social media and third-party platforms for our activities. Third-party service providers often provide these platforms and applications.
The Dialogue provides links to or interacts with a wide variety of third-party websites for the purposes of this course, including interactive links to sites like social media, mapping services, video hosting websites, etc. The Dialogue is not responsible for and does not have any control over the privacy practices or the content of such third parties; please see their privacy policies for more information.
Updating or Removing Your Information:
You may choose to correct, update, access, or delete the membership information you have submitted to us by sending an email requesting changes to info@thedialogue.co. Your consent to our use of your information is very important to us. If you want to withdraw your consent to receive the updates and other bulk emails, you may write to info@thedialogue.co.
