Building on our response to the first draft of the Health Data Management Policy in 2021, we have responded to the second round of consultations held in May 2022. In our response, we look at a broader definition of health data management, which includes the standardisation of processes and a larger focus on improving the quality of data. We also analyse the consent and data-sharing mechanisms through a citizen-centric framework. Other principles analysed include governance frameworks, minimal data collection policies and risk assessment measures.
