This white paper analyses the extent of enforcement gaps in the current antitrust framework. The paper discusses these in light of the past literature available including the reports by the CLRC and Parliamentary Standing Committees. The paper also looks at the extent of adequacy of the current competition law framework which includes the major amendments made by the Parliament in 2023 to address competition concerns in digital markets.
